Thank you for booking your future travel needs with New York Welcome (USA Welcome LLC). We cannot wait to serve you. In the event, you won't be able to make your reservation, you may be eligible for a refund.

Once you place a reservation on our website, it does not automatically guarantee a confirmed booking. All reservations are manually reviewed and confirmed by our staff within 24 to 48 hours from your online order date. In the unlikely event that we cannot confirm the booking for any reason, we will refund your entire purchase without additional charges.

Our cancellation policy takes effect once you have a confirmed booking with an issued Voucher (e-ticket.)

As we provide a plethora of travel services, some are operated by us while others are operated by 3rd parties, cancellation policies are subject to change, and we ask you to refer to each specific tour/activity policy as outlined on its respective webpage for the current policy.

Please note all reservations are subject to a 2.5% booking fee - Please note this 2.5% Booking Fee is applied to all sales and is never refundable.

The Cancellation Policy listed below applies to all reservations unless the tours or travel services booked have specific policies listed on their webpage. Please always review very carefully the "Additional Notes & Disclaimers" section on the tour webpage before booking. We will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable, and booking on our websites constitutes acceptance of such policies.

FOR STANDARD RESERVATIONS 

For scheduled single-day Tours/Activities operated by 3rd-party companies and booked on our website, cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund. All sales are final within 6 days from the tour date. Please note, that exceptions do apply, refer to the individual Tour/Activity page for the current cancellation policy.

• Up to 7 days from tour date - 100% refundable
• Less than 7 days from the tour date - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For single-day private tours operated by us or by 3rd-party companies and booked on our website, cancellations made at least 10 days before are eligible for a refund as listed below. All sales are final within 6 days from the tour date.  

• Up to 10 days from the tour date - 100% refundable
• Between 9 days and 7 days from the tour date - a 10% deposit is not refundable
• Less than 7 days from the tour date - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

FOR TICKET RESERVATIONS

All admission tickets including, but not limited to museums, attractions, concerts, sporting events, broadway musicals, theater shows, and dinner cruises ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE. 

• All Tickets - ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ISSUED

Please note this "all sales are final" policy is required by the venues and it is outside of our control. 

FOR CUSTOM TRAVEL PACKAGES

For all custom travel packages, the cancellation policy is subject to change depending on the travel components included in the package. The specific cancellation policy will be shared along with the package estimate. 

At a minimum, the following cancellation policy will be in effect:

• A 10% deposit is due at booking and is not refundable 
• Up to 15 days from the first date of service - 90% refundable
• Between 14 days and 7 days - 50% refundable
• Between 6 days and 0 days - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If the package includes tickets and other "all sales are final" services, those will be deducted from the refund.

Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.

FOR GROUP AND CORPORATE RESERVATIONS

For all group and corporate reservations, cancellation policies are subject to change based on the scope of each project and will be disclosed in writing along with the estimate. Confirming group services constitutes an agreement to that cancellation policy.

Please note all Group and Corporate Reservations require a deposit when booking. Without a deposit, we will not hold any services. 

• 20% deposit due at signing - NOT REFUNDABLE
• 45-30 days before departure date: 80% refundable
• 29-15 days days before departure date: 50% refundable 
• 14-7 days before departure date: 25% refundable 
• 6 days or less - NOT REFUNDABLE

As always, we would like to remind you that venue tickets (museums, concerts, shows, musicals, etc.) and reservation fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

AMENDMENT FEES 

Any changes made to confirmed bookings are subject to a minimum $25.00 Amendment Fee and any additional increase in price. The requested changes will be processed and confirmed by our reservation department within 24 to 48 hours of your request.

Please note we cannot amend tickets, all-inclusive passes, airfares, and any other item labeled as "all sales are final." 

GENERAL RULES

• All cancellation requests MUST be received in writing and confirmed by our office. 
• No refunds are given for cancelations that have not been communicated in writing within the listed timeframes.
• Refunds are not given for unused portions of a tour or package
• Train Tickets are completely non-refundable and non-changeable when they are included in a tour.
• Airfare Tickets are completely non-refundable and non-changeable when they are included in a tour. 
• Admission Tickets, including but not limited to museums, attractions, concerts, musicals, sporting events, theater shows, etc. are completely non-refundable and non-changeable.

HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

Please request the cancellation of a confirmed booking in writing to our email address. We will process your cancellation/refund request within seven business days.
