What to expect from the BBQ
The history of the Hill Country Barbecue, in New York, began in 2007 with the opening of a unique and inviting environment in one of the central neighborhoods of Manhattan -- The Flatiron District. The decor is typical of Southerner and Mid-Western Saloons combined with an appetizing menu that includes smoked and cooked meats with the traditional Texan Post Oak (Texas Oak), as well as excellent cocktails, Texan beers and lots of live music. Just by entering you will feel like in Texas .... the tables are arranged to accommodate couples or groups of people.
At the entrance you are
immediately given the menu, choose your table and make yourself comfortable, when you have decided on your orders go to the
main counter to order the types of meats and side dishes you want.
