Good to Know - Availability & Payments
Given the frequent updates to the cruise operating days and schedule, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the calendar to reflect true availability and closure dates. This is why when our guests decide to proceed with their reservations, we only authorize their payment but won't actually charge the credit card until the table has been manually confirmed by our staff and an E-Ticket has been issued. This way if anything changes in regards to the availability of our guests' chosen date, we simply void the authorization and no charge whatsoever will appear on their credit card statement. Different from a refund that may take 5 to 8 business days to be processed, voiding an authorization will be in most cases instantly reflect on your online banking or within 24-36 hours depending on your bank/credit card.

This cruise departs from the Pier 15, East River on the East Side of Lower Manhattan by South Street Seaport. You can easily reach the departure point by walking or utilizing public transportation. The are couple of subway stops located nearby and within walking distance.
Depending on which subway line you choose to take – the "Wall Street / William Street" (2,3 red line) "Fulton Street/WTC" (2,3 red line + A, C, E blue line + 4, 5 green line + R, W yellow line) and "South Ferry / Whitehall Street" (1 red line + R, W yellow line.)
Pier 15 is located right south of the famous Pier 17 & South Street Seaport. Pier 15 is within walking distance from/to Wall Street, Financial District, Battery Park, Staten Island Ferry, and the World Trade Center. For those that prefer traveling by water, the closest Water Taxi Stop will be Pier 11, Wall Street (all lines available) and then walk 3 minutes to Pier 15.
If you opt for a car service (i.e. Yellow Cab, Uber, Lyft etc.) the complete address is – City Cruises New York, Pier 15, 78 South St, New York, NY 10038. Please note that once you have arrived by Pier 15, you will have to head to the boarding dock for the City Cruises, New York Pier 15, you will find it right by the East River Esplanade on the ground floor.
