Given the frequent updates to the cruise operating days and schedule, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the calendar to reflect true availability and closure dates. This is why when our guests decide to proceed with their reservations, we only authorize their payment but won't actually charge the credit card until the table has been manually confirmed by our staff and an E-Ticket has been issued. This way if anything changes in regards to the availability of our guests' chosen date, we simply void the authorization and no charge whatsoever will appear on their credit card statement. Different from a refund that may take 5 to 8 business days to be processed, voiding an authorization will be in most cases instantly reflect on your online banking or within 24-36 hours depending on your bank/credit card.
