Hop aboard a replica of a Pilot Schooner of the 1890s — The Adirondack which features a spacious and comfortable deck with ample seating from where you can enjoy some of the most stunning views of the city and its harbor and a full bar where you can order champagne, wine, beer or a soft drink to savor while enjoying this magnificent sail.

The Sailing Experience

The Sail Tour last approximately 2 hours and leaves from the famous Chelsea Piers. The Sailboat is 80-feet and features over 2,000 square feet of sale area, plus every party gets assigned seating, so you can rest assured everyone will enjoy great views.

What Can I See during my Sail Tour?

Let’s start by saying that the best thing about an actual Sailboat is that the engines will be shut off, and you will be actually setting sail so be ready to enjoy the views in a more peaceful and picturesque way. The views include, of course, the famous Skyline of Manhattan including the One Tower (WTC,) Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building and of course the one and only — The Statue of Liberty.

Please note food is not included in your ticket, but you will be able to purchase additional drinks and.or snacks onboard.

Please note that schedule can change without prior notice. In the event your selected date is not available you can elect for a full refund or reschedule the sail for a different date.

This activity takes place rain or shine, however within reasons, the captain may elect to cancel or delay departure due to weather-related and other security concerns including but not limited to extreme high winds, fog, torrential rain, extremely low temperatures, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that this cruise does not offer free cancellation. If your plans change, you will have the option to reschedule the cruise or convert your booking to a gift certificate for the same boat company. These two options are free of charge and available up to 3 days before your tour date.

Please note this company does not offer refunds unless you have purchased the trip cancellation protection - We can add the trip cancellation for you at time of booking. Generally it's 8% of the total cost of the Boat Tour.

The Adirondack departs from Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, located on West 22nd Street and the Hudson River. Chelsea Piers are easily reachable by Subway using the Blue Line (E,C) to 23rh Street & 8th Avenue and then walk 10 minutes or by Taxi/Uber.
