CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM TRAVEL PACKAGES
Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel components included in your package. A detailed cancellation policy will be provided along with your package estimate.
Deposit & Payment Schedule:- A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm services.
- The remaining balance is due 3 to 4 weeks before check-in.
Refund Policy:
- Up to 21 days before the first date of service → 90% refundable
- Between 21 and 14 days → 80% to 70% refundable
- Between 13 and 7 days → 70% to 60% refundable
- 6 days or less before service → NON-REFUNDABLE (All sales are final)
Non-Refundable Items:
- Tickets & Final Sale Items: Any tickets, passes, or non-refundable services included in your package cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Airfare: If airfare is included in your package, please note that all airfare is 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.
